Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large‑scale digital transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment. The role will be based on‑site in Abu Dhabi and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
• Support the implementation of ERP, procurement, finance, and operational solutions.
• Analyse end‑to‑end business processes and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate communication between functional teams and technical delivery groups.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments.
• Experience in enterprise technology or transformation programmes.
• Comfortable translating business needs into actionable requirements.
