Business Analyst – Event Registration & Digital Platform

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will design and deliver a robust Event Registration Platform, translating business vision into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across Events, Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, interviews and walkthroughs to document current processes and define optimized future workflows.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Specifications, process flows, data validation rules and integration mappings.
• Translate requirements into Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria, support backlog grooming and ensure traceability.
• Act as the single point of clarity for requirements, facilitate sign‑offs, manage change control and support UAT planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst on digital/platform projects.
• Proven ability to elicit, document and convert business needs into Agile user stories.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and managing requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in creating process flows and diagrams using Visio or Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with API integrations and system dependencies.
