Business Analyst – Mobile Banking Applications

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of our mobile banking applications in Dubai. The role bridges business stakeholders, product owners, UX designers and technology teams to create secure, compliant and customer‑focused mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for iOS and Android banking apps.
• Translate requirements into user stories, BRDs, FRDs and clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritise the mobile product backlog.
• Facilitate workshops and solution walkthroughs with operations, compliance, risk and IT teams.
• Support development, testing (SIT/UAT) and defect triage to ensure delivery meets specifications and regulatory standards.
• Validate end‑to‑end mobile journeys such as onboarding, payments, transfers and self‑service features.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in mobile or digital banking.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, payments and customer journeys.
• Understanding of banking regulations, data privacy and security requirements.
• Proven experience working with iOS and Android development teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA and Confluence.
