Business Analyst (Tax)

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for a Business Analyst specialized in tax to analyze and optimise tax‑related processes, ensure regulatory compliance and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse tax business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document detailed tax‑related business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with tax experts, finance, and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated on tax regulations and advise on system implications.
• Support design, testing and implementation of tax software solutions.
• Assist with user acceptance testing for tax‑related system functionalities.
• Provide training and support materials to end‑users on tax processes and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in tax or financial domains.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with tax software systems and ERP platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business analysis tools.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team.
