Business Assurance & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Business Assurance & Reporting Analyst supports ADNOC's compliance investigations team by gathering and analysing evidence of potential breaches, delivering training, and preparing clear reports. The role contributes to a culture of integrity through whistleblowing programs and collaboration across Ethics & Compliance (E&C) functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse evidence for compliance investigations, ensuring accurate findings.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions to strengthen organisational understanding.
• Assist the Business Integrity & Assurance team in escalating risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations that communicate investigation outcomes effectively.
• Maintain confidential records of investigations to support accountability and transparency.
• Participate in ADNOC speak‑up campaigns, whistleblowing initiatives, and other integrity programs.
• Support the wider E&C team on projects, task forces, events, and committees.
• Collaborate with business, functional stakeholders and LGC to provide end‑to‑end advice.
