About the role

We are a reputable law firm in Dubai looking for a confident Legal Client Relations Officer. The role will serve as the primary liaison between our clients, prospective clients and legal consultants, ensuring clear communication and a seamless client experience throughout all legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for existing and prospective clients.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate communication between clients and assigned legal consultants.
• Provide regular case updates and schedule meetings, consultations and follow‑ups.
• Maintain organized client records and case files.
• Support the legal team with client‑related administrative tasks while preserving strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a UAE law firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor, confident under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Understanding of professional client service standards and high integrity.
