Business Center Manager – Multilingual (Arabic/French/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Center Manager to drive sales of serviced offices, private offices, coworking memberships, virtual offices and meeting‑room solutions across the UAE. The role is fully sales‑focused, targeting startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs and corporate clients, and requires fluency in Arabic, French and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and corporate meetings.
• Sell serviced offices, private offices, coworking memberships, virtual offices and meeting‑room solutions.
• Conduct office tours and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs and corporate customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close leasing deals.
• Achieve monthly sales, occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Develop referral partnerships with business‑setup consultants, brokers and channel partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE business development or sales experience in a business centre, serviced office, coworking or flexible workspace environment.
• Proven track record of selling office space and achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
• Strong lead‑generation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the UAE market.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and Spanish.
• Must be focused on business development/sales, not administration or operations.
