Business Consultant & Account Manager

About the role

Property Finder is seeking a Business Consultant and Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of real‑estate brokerage clients in Dubai. The role focuses on retaining customers, driving renewals, and identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities while delivering data‑driven insights to maximise the value of Property Finder’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of Property Finder’s product portfolio and act as a trusted adviser.
• Manage a designated portfolio of brokerage accounts, building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Own the full account lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal and growth.
• Conduct regular account reviews to understand client objectives, challenges and performance.
• Use customer data to recommend solutions that improve engagement and ROI.
• Monitor account health, identify renewal risks and implement retention plans.
• Lead the renewal process from initial contact through negotiation and contract finalisation.
• Identify and pursue relevant cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and prepare tailored proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or client‑facing roles within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer retention and revenue growth.
