Business Consultant – Business Setup Advisor

About the role

Ampsy Consultancy is looking for a results‑driven Business Consultant to support clients in establishing and growing their companies. The role combines sales, advisory and client‑service functions to guide entrepreneurs through licensing, company formation and visa processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries received via phone, email, chat, in‑person visits and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Explain suitable company structures, licensing options, eligibility criteria and free‑zone regulations to prospective clients.
• Generate new business opportunities by attending industry events, networking sessions and business meet‑ups.
• Mentor new consultants and business‑setup firms to improve their sales performance.
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners and coordinate with free‑zone authorities.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports comparing sales results with lead generation data.
• Liaise with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research, including mystery shopping.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business‑setup advisory or a similar sales‑focused consulting role.
• Strong understanding of UAE free‑zone regulations, company formation and licensing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet aggressive sales targets and deliver high conversion rates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance.
• Knowledge of company structures, licensing procedures and visa acquisition.
• Competence in market research, competitor analysis and reporting.
