Business Development Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining Nextcare’s existing business relationships and pursuing new opportunities with insurance companies, brokers and key accounts. The role serves as a vital link between the company and its clients, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new revenue sources from both new and existing businesses in collaboration with management.
• Create, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, keeping Salesforce up‑to‑date.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on insurance program design, implementation and revision.
• Arrange and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct performance and claims analysis for key accounts to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and technical developments.
• Coordinate with insurance partners to gather competitive intelligence and secure deals.
• Support finance and other departments in fee collection and claims payment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in TPAs, insurance companies, hospitals or medical centres.
• Legally permitted to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to navigate the internet and conduct research efficiently.
