About the role
Insource Prime is looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to join either the Al Nahda or Business Bay branch. The role focuses on driving growth through outbound outreach, lead generation and managing client relationships in a target‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Pitch products and services effectively to secure new business accounts and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets set by management.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Motivated candidates with a passion for phone‑based sales.
- Dependent visa holders are highly preferred.
Required skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
