Business Development Consultant – Technology Services

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, market‑leading services organisation as a high‑autonomy individual contributor. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and winning new technology‑focused business across enterprise, government and start‑up sectors in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across enterprise, government, semi‑government and start‑up markets.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through networking, prospecting and market engagement.
• Develop relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings to understand requirements and position suitable technology services solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft client‑focused solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting.
• Represent the business at industry and networking events across the UAE.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development or technology sales experience within the UAE.
• Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling technology services, consulting, managed services, cloud or SaaS solutions.
• Established network across enterprise, government or technology sectors.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
