Business Development Executive – Glass Manufacturing

About the role

Our client, a leading glass manufacturing company, is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate new business, manage client enquiries and support sales revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers and direct clients.
• Handle client enquiries via calls, emails, walk‑ins, referrals, website leads and social media, and collect all necessary drawings, measurements, BOQs and specifications for quotations.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Projects, Production, Procurement and Operations to prepare accurate quotations and follow up on them.
• Negotiate within approved commercial limits, convert opportunities into confirmed orders and hand over jobs with all required documentation.
• Maintain sales records, client database, pipeline updates and support payment follow‑up with Accounts.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Interior Design, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in the glass industry.
• Strong understanding of glass, aluminium, decorative works, interior fit‑out and project documentation.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or similar tracking systems.
