Business Development Executive – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

ARAS Fine Interiors is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in the UAE interior fit‑out market. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities across multiple sectors and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, healthcare and F&B sectors.
• Generate leads, arrange client meetings and introduce the company’s fit‑out and joinery services.
• Secure RFQs and tender invitations, follow up on quotations, negotiations and project awards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support tender submissions and client requirements.
• Maintain an updated client database and produce regular business development reports.

Required profile

• Previous UAE experience in business development within the interior fit‑out industry.
• Good understanding of the UAE fit‑out market, project lifecycle and key stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Lead generation and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of interior fit‑out processes and tender procedures.
