About the role
Nexar Group’s Maintenance Division is building its business development function from scratch in Dubai’s fast‑growing fit‑out and maintenance market. You will be the senior point of contact responsible for positioning the company as a premium contractor and converting that positioning into signed contracts and recurring revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage a pipeline of high‑value project leads across fit‑out, maintenance (AMC & reactive) and civil works.
- Identify, approach and acquire developers, consultants, FM companies, property owners and retail chains.
- Read drawings, BOQs and specifications on‑site and work with engineers to produce accurate technical proposals.
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate scope, terms and payment schedules while maintaining margin discipline.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and new tender opportunities across the UAE.
- Follow up on payments, enforce contract terms and support dispute resolution when needed.
- Maintain CRM data and provide weekly pipeline and monthly revenue reports.
Required profile
- Proven UAE experience in business development for fit‑out, maintenance, civil or facility management.
- Track record of opening and closing high‑value accounts without warm leads.
- Strong commercial understanding combined with technical awareness of fit‑out, maintenance, civil and MEP scopes.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Valid UAE manual driving licence.

What we offer
- Basic salary ranging from AED 6,000 to AED 10,000 per month
