Business Development Executive

About the role

Ontime Group is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue‑generating strategies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to maximize company growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
• Create and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel as required.
