Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to turn inbound marketing leads into qualified opportunities, revive dormant customers and uncover new prospects through online research and data‑scraping tools. The role supports the sales team by ensuring a steady pipeline of high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads supplied by the marketing team via phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
• Reactivate old and inactive customers and nurture relationships.
• Generate fresh leads using online platforms and web‑scraping techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company CRM.
• Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Meet daily and monthly lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, tele‑sales or similar outbound prospecting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage data efficiently.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel and Google Sheets for prospecting and reporting.
• Organised, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
