Business Development Executive

About the role

Comera Money is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand its corporate client base in the UAE. The role focuses on delivering working capital and trade finance solutions to SMEs and large corporates.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and acquire new corporate clients needing working capital, invoice discounting, supply chain finance, receivables finance and trade finance solutions.
• Promote and sell a portfolio of financial products, tailoring proposals to client financing requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers across SMEs and large corporates.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research and direct outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transaction execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in business development, relationship management, corporate banking or financial services.
• Proven track record selling or managing working capital, invoice discounting, supply chain finance, receivables finance or trade finance products.
• Experience within a bank, fintech, NBFC, trade finance institution or similar organization.
• Strong network within the SME and corporate banking ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
