Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our health and wellness brand’s presence across international markets. The role focuses on identifying new retail, pharmacy, distribution and e‑commerce partners, and driving lead generation to support the senior sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map potential retailers, pharmacies, distributors and online partners in target countries.
• Build and maintain prospect lists, pinpointing key decision‑makers.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify inbound leads, schedule meetings and hand‑off qualified opportunities to senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report outreach activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation or sales development.
• Background in FMCG, consumer goods, beauty, personal care, retail, fashion, food & beverage or wellness sectors.
• Proven ability to conduct research, cold outreach and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
