Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Business Development Executive to join the Creation House team in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Prospect and reach out to potential clients to introduce the company’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and business presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support successful conversion of opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or a related role.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and self‑motivated with excellent follow‑up and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of the Dubai/UAE business market; experience in creative services, marketing, events, media, advertising or B2B services is an advantage.
