Business Development Executive

About the role

PACIPACI is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to acquire new accounting clients across the UAE. You will build your own pipeline from scratch and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking events and referral partners such as free zones, business setup firms, banks and PROs.
• Conduct discovery meetings with founders and SME owners to understand their accounting, VAT and corporate tax needs.
• Prepare service proposals and pricing together with the accounting team and close engagements.
• Maintain a clean CRM and report weekly on activity, pipeline and revenue.
• Achieve monthly targets for meetings booked, proposals sent and new clients signed.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in accounting, audit, tax or related professional services.
• Proven ability to generate your own pipeline rather than relying on warm leads.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax sufficient for credible first conversations.
• Existing network among UAE SMEs, free zones or business‑setup providers is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi or other languages are a plus.
• UAE driving licence required.
