Business Development Executive - POS & Payment Gateway (F&B Tech)

About the role

Antons is a fast‑growing technology company that connects merchants with customers through an integrated POS, payment and loyalty ecosystem. We are expanding our offering after a strategic partnership with a leading payment services provider and need a results‑driven Business Development Executive to lead growth in the F&B and retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and acquire new merchant partners, focusing on offline F&B and retail businesses.
• Promote adoption of Antons’ integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty solutions.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans for joint offerings with payment service provider partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, payment providers and technology partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close multi‑year agreements (2‑3 years).
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity and market feedback for leadership.
• Stay updated on fintech, loyalty and merchant‑service trends to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in offline F&B or retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, partnerships or sales, preferably in fintech, PSP or SaaS.
• Fluency in Malayalam or Tamil is preferred; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
