Business Development & Executive Support

About the role

Palmasters Electromechanical Works LLC is seeking a Business Development & Executive Support specialist to drive growth and provide high‑level administrative assistance to senior leadership in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and convert new client leads across the electromechanical sector.
• Manage pre‑qualification processes, vendor registrations and consultant approvals for project bidding.
• Update corporate marketing collateral, company profile, website assets and outreach materials.
• Conduct strategic market research to support business expansion and process improvement.
• Draft professional correspondence, manage email accounts and ensure timely follow‑ups with clients, suppliers and consultants.
• Provide executive administrative support, including research‑related tasks, PhD application coordination and academic supervisor outreach.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in business administration, market research or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, tendering, vendor registration or executive support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proactive and highly organized.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with corporate email administration and digital document management.
