Business Development Manager – Abu Dhabi

Qashio is seeking a Business Development Manager to showcase its solutions to prospective clients in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver product demos and presentations, positioning Qashio as the optimal partner for improving operational efficiency. The role demands a results‑driven mindset with strong emotional intelligence and a curiosity for business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospects and recommend Qashio solutions to enhance their operational efficiencies.
• Actively source new customers using multiple outbound channels and strategies.
• Design, implement, and maintain sales activities and strategic plans.
• Create engaging presentations, data‑backed arguments, and documentation to attract potential customers.
• Identify customer pain points and position Qashio as the best solution.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets within defined timeframes.
• Utilise the company’s CRM system to track and manage sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a closing B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS, Fintech or a startup environment.
• Proactive attitude with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
