Business Development Manager – B2B Sales (Dubai)

About the role

Deliveroo for Work is expanding its presence across the Middle East and is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales in Dubai. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and shaping the go‑to‑market strategy for the DfW platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline by prospecting senior stakeholders across diverse industries in the UAE.
• Utilise B2B lead‑generation tools, cold‑calling, email outreach and networking to secure meetings.
• Develop customised pitch decks and commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close new accounts.
• Achieve monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, activation rates and revenue targets.
• Guide newly signed accounts through onboarding, ensure smooth order experiences and collaborate with the Account Management team for retention.
• Track performance and pipeline using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker and AI‑enabled reporting tools.
• Support ad‑hoc initiatives such as trade events, marketing activations, data reporting and invoice follow‑up.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of revenue generation.
• Hunter mindset with confidence in cold‑calling and securing meetings with decision‑makers.
• Data‑driven, consultative approach to selling.
