Business Development Manager – Composites & Advanced Materials

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the entry of a UAE‑based precision composites manufacturer into a new industry vertical. The role focuses on building market presence from scratch, leveraging deep composites knowledge and a strong network.

Key responsibilities

• Drive entry into a new vertical where composite technology is gaining traction.
• Open doors with buyers and decision‑makers using your personal network.
• Identify opportunities where composites can replace or outperform traditional materials.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions for clients.
• Build a solid project pipeline and lay the groundwork for long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Proven background in composites, advanced materials or engineered manufacturing.
• Specialist knowledge of at least one sector such as marine, aerospace supply chain, infrastructure or industrial manufacturing.
• Extensive network that can be activated quickly for market entry.
• Strong commercial judgement and credibility with technical buyers.
• Hands‑on mindset suited to a growth‑stage business.
