Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

RTS International, part of Shamrock Trading Corporation, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Dubai region. This contract position focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts for the company’s financial and logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities using strategic sales tactics such as solicitation, referrals, networking, agent relationships, and SEO‑driven lead generation.
• Present complex financial products to prospective clients, explaining value and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone calls and in‑person visits.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on new business.
• Collaborate regularly with agent partners and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of business development experience.
• Experience in the financial sector or selling services to manufacturers is a plus.
• Proven record of solution‑based sales success both over the phone and in person.
• Self‑driven, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % across Eastern/Western Asia without restrictions.
