Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

RTS International is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Dubai and the wider UAE region. This contract position focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts for the company’s financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new international business opportunities using strategic sales tactics such as solicitation, client referrals, networking, agent relationships, and SEO‑driven lead generation.
• Effectively present and explain complex financial products to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing international customers through phone and in‑person visits.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all new business.
• Collaborate regularly with agent partners and follow up on sales leads and client referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of business development experience.
• Experience in the financial sector or selling services to manufacturers is a plus.
• Proven record of solution‑based sales success both over the phone and in person.
• Self‑driven, able to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong English business proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Eastern/Western Asia.
