About the role
The Business Development Manager will work on‑site in Dubai for Orient Insurance PJSC, a subsidiary of Al‑Futtaim. The role focuses on generating new leads, building client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio through proactive lead generation.
- Prepare proposals, present insurance quotes and customise plans using internal tools.
- Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably within the UAE insurance market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal preparation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet performance goals and handle a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Knowledge of insurance products such as property, SME & individual medical, marine, motor, liability and other general lines.
- Familiarity with UAE market regulations and insurance practices.
