Business Development Manager – EIFS

About the role

The Business Development Manager – EIFS will lead sales initiatives for Sika's exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) in the UAE. You will shape strategy, nurture key accounts and drive profitable growth across targeted market segments.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement sales strategies for the EIFS product line, focusing on applicator relationships and sales team management.
  • Promote Sika products, services and systems to meet or exceed budgeted sales, while strengthening existing customer relationships and acquiring new accounts.
  • Provide technical support for the Sikatherm brand and assist in developing operating systems within Sika Wall Systems.
  • Prioritise strategic EIFS market segments and allocate resources to maximise success in vertical markets.
  • Develop strong, growth‑oriented application partners and liaise with key decision‑makers to capture fast‑moving market opportunities.
  • Generate sustainable, profitable sales growth by strengthening key accounts and converting specifications.

Required profile

  • Degree in Engineering or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of construction and building practices.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the construction environment, including at least 3 years in EIFS sales.
  • Intermediate understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, time‑management and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
