Business Development Manager – Environmental Monitoring & Instrumentation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the UAE and GCC for environmental monitoring, emissions monitoring, analytical instrumentation, and industrial compliance solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to project award.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the environmental monitoring and instrumentation sector.
• Manage strategic relationships with government authorities, utilities, EPC contractors, industrial plants, and oil & gas clients.
• Lead the complete sales process, including prospecting, technical proposal preparation, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare compliance documentation, technical‑commercial bids, and project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Instrumentation, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE/GCC experience in technical sales or business development.
• At least 5 years of direct experience selling Environmental Monitoring Systems, CEMS, AAQMS, Process Analyzers, Gas Detection Systems, or Industrial Instrumentation.
• Proven track record managing project sales with government authorities, environmental agencies, utilities, EPC contractors, industrial plants, or oil & gas clients.
• Existing network within UAE government authorities, utilities, EPC contractors, environmental consultants, industrial operators, or oil & gas companies.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluent Arabic communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Systems (AAQMS) or Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS).
• Experience with Stack Emissions Monitoring, Process Gas Analyzers, Gas Detection Systems, Environmental Monitoring Networks, or Industrial Analytical Instrumentation.
