Business Development Manager – Global Payments

About the role

Binance is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the global growth of Binance Pay. You will identify high‑value merchant partners, lead commercial negotiations, and enable product adoption across priority industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high‑volume merchants across priority industries.
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, KYB coordination, and cross‑functional execution.
• Develop and manage relationships with senior decision‑makers to unlock traditional payment infrastructure partnerships.
• Design and execute regional expansion strategies targeting verticals such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e‑commerce, OTA, and digital services.
• Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions, streamline onboarding, and launch joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Analyze merchant performance data to optimize commercial terms, improve profitability, and maximize ecosystem leverage.
• Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and market shifts to refine regional strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales and business development within payment or fintech ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, manage KYB processes, and drive rapid go‑live timelines.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders in PSPs, acquirers, and large merchants.
• Strategic mindset to design regional expansion plans and identify high‑impact verticals.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, legal, compliance, and marketing teams.
