About the role

The Business Development Manager for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Growth will act as a strategic bridge between commercial and business functions, driving market share and financial growth across the region. You will shape innovative business models aligned with regional priorities and represent Philips at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute region‑wide strategic priorities, including market assessments and new product introductions.
• Analyze market trends, segment customers, and conduct competitive analysis to generate business opportunities.
• Lead commercial growth initiatives such as pipeline development, strategic programs, and tailored commercial offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, early adopters, and stakeholders.
• Prepare performance metrics, define KPIs, report progress and risks, and drive continuous improvement.
