Business Development Manager - ICT solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Business Development Manager to lead high‑value ICT, ELV and ECP solution deals in Dubai. The role focuses on driving growth through new business opportunities, vendor and client relationship management, and delivering innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets of AED 10M–15M.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop tailored technical and financial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Oversee vendor management and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure smooth project handovers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and long‑term relationship building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, or Business (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7+ years in business development or sales within ICT, ELV, or ECP domains.
• Proven success in closing high‑value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, ELV systems, and solution design.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
