Business Development Manager – Interior Fitout (UAE)

About the role

LOBA GROUP is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the UAE. The focus is on winning interior fit‑out contracts within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Retail sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and secure new interior fit‑out opportunities for F&B outlets, hotels, restaurants and retail spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with project consultants, architects, interior designers, real‑estate brokers and asset managers.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to tender submission, contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with estimation, design and commercial teams to produce competitive proposals.
• Represent LOBA GROUP at trade shows, networking events and industry seminars to raise brand visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of business development experience in construction or interior fit‑out.
• Proven track record of securing high‑value contracts in the UAE, especially in F&B, Hospitality and Retail.
• Established network of key industry influencers across the GCC/UAE.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of procurement, tender documentation and contract terms.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
