Business Development Manager

About the role

Radio Holland is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Deep‑Sea Services in the UAE and GCC region. You will shape market strategy, build partnerships and position the company as the preferred maritime navigation and communication provider.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and respond proactively to opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, explore partnerships and drive sales growth.
• Lead sales teams for both direct and indirect customer segments.
• Develop geographic expansion and sales strategies for the GCC.
• Engage with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
• Optimize processes, improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Act as brand ambassador, maintain relationships and generate revenue.
• Generate leads, ensure timely follow‑up and register opportunities.

• Proficient in NavCom technologies at all levels.
• Comprehensive understanding of marine systems across projects and services.
• Flexible and responsive to market changes.
