Business Development Manager

About the role

The GreenAPP® is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team. This full‑time position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to split your time between the office and remote work while driving growth for our sustainability‑focused marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across FMCG, distribution and retail channels.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with brands, distributors and retail partners.
• Lead negotiations, develop sales strategies and close deals that align with our circular‑economy mission.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution and sustainable partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyse market data and spot growth opportunities.
• Experience in the FMCG or sustainability sectors is a plus.
• Self‑starter with the capacity to work independently and within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
