About the role
Daos Hub is a pioneering phygital space in Dubai where Web3 innovators collaborate. As the Business Development Manager you will drive the hub’s growth by generating high‑quality deal flow, converting opportunities into long‑term partnerships, and expanding the member ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage inbound and outbound pipelines to attract new members, partners and strategic collaborations.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs and design tailored deals, bundles and partnership offers.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with Community Managers to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Develop and refine BD processes, playbooks and outreach strategies using AI‑enabled tools.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results and continuously improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of B2B business development, partnerships or sales experience, preferably in fast‑paced startup environments.
- Proven track record of closing measurable deals.
- Confidence in structuring and negotiating non‑standard agreements.
- Strong business communication skills in English (C1+).
- High ownership mindset, adaptability and bias toward action.
- Willingness to work onsite in Dubai.
