Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the sales and business development efforts for FBMI, focusing on the Food & Beverage sector. Based on‑site in Dubai, the role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and achieving aggressive revenue growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure contracts with key customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and monitor performance, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Research market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, long‑term partnerships, and pricing structures to ensure profitability.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and timely contract renewals.
• Lead and mentor sales executives, conduct performance reviews, and provide training on sales techniques and products.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations, review margins, and adjust pricing strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Extensive experience in sales and business development, preferably with strategic partnerships.
• Highly motivated sales professional with strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and drive performance of a sales team.
• Analytical mindset to monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.
