Business Development Manager

About the role

PES is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and shaping the company’s strategic direction in the IT technology consulting space.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target clients and industries aligned with GES’s services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, deliver presentations, and move prospects through the sales cycle.
• Achieve or exceed an annual sales target of USD 1 million.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while collaborating with internal teams for customized solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to the company’s business development strategy and overall growth planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within IT technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, technology trends and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
