About the role

We are partnering with an international civil engineering firm in Dubai to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager. The role focuses on expanding the firm’s client base within the Architecture & Engineering Consultancy sector.

Key responsibilities

Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in the regional and international market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.

Required profile

10–13 years of business development experience.
Proven background in the Architecture & Engineering Consultancy industry (mandatory).
Experience with an international consultancy is highly preferred.
Background in a mid‑sized architectural or engineering consultancy is ideal.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
