Business Development Manager

About the role

PES is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and shaping the company’s strategic direction. The role focuses on expanding the business within the IT technology consulting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries aligned with GES’s services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, deliver presentations, and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Maintain and grow long‑term client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to the formulation of business development strategies and overall growth plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in business development, sales or account management, preferably in IT technology consulting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
