Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hard‑working, self‑driven Business Development Manager to support our regional growth. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work closely with our Dubai team while engaging with prestigious projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bohemian Crystal masterpieces for high‑profile interior design, architecture and lighting projects.
• Collaborate with the Dubai‑based team to identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.
• Travel to the Dubai office and client/project sites as required.
• Maintain effective communication while working independently from home.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, independent thinker with an international mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and networking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and team spirit.
• Prior Business Development experience in interior design, architecture or lighting preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Based in Abu Dhabi and able to travel when needed.
