Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will work closely with international companies to facilitate their establishment in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves hosting investor delegations, creating tailored business propositions, and providing hands‑on support throughout the company‑setup journey.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with prospective strategic partners and investors.
• Generate and convert leads through networking and participation in events.
• Represent the organization at local and regional events to expand the prospect database.
• Support the planning and execution of approved events, ensuring professional delivery and results.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate actions and uphold the organization’s reputation.
• Handle customer service enquiries and administrative tasks with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry standards, internal policies, and best practices to provide accurate information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in free‑zone, FDI, or consultancy settings is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑care skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
