Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive partnership growth for Giftery.Pro, a global digital gift‑card and top‑up platform. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements and shaping the company’s expansion strategy rather than traditional sales or account management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across publishing, distribution, payment and strategic sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, distributors, payment providers and other strategic partners.
• Develop and execute independent business development strategies from concept to launch.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
• Manage existing partner relationships and explore avenues for expanded collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure successful partnership delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
• Contribute to long‑term growth strategies aligned with company objectives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships or a similar role.
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate and manage commercial partnerships.
• Highly proactive with strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
