Business Development Manager

About the role

Group-IB is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its META Sales Team in Abu Dhabi. You will drive strategic growth of advanced cybersecurity solutions across government, enterprise and critical infrastructure sectors in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Generate high‑value business opportunities and expand the company footprint in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with government agencies, regulators and public‑sector entities.
• Conduct consultative discussions aligned with national digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities by understanding public‑sector cybersecurity priorities, regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Position Group‑IB solutions such as threat intelligence, incident response and critical‑infrastructure protection.
• Strengthen partnerships with system integrators, government‑linked partners and strategic alliances.
• Proactively generate pipeline through direct engagement and strategic outreach.

Required profile

• Motivated, self‑starting sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders in government or large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of UAE digital transformation and cybersecurity regulations.
