Business Development Manager

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle are iconic homegrown brands with a strong presence across the UAE, connecting millions of users. As a Business Development Manager you will identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new clients through networking, competitor and government registration sites.
• Sign up new and expired/cancelled real‑estate accounts to Bayut & dubizzle corporate accounts.
• Document clients’ advertising commitments to Bayut & dubizzle and competitors at contract signing.
• Partner with Sales Support to ensure efficient client onboarding and documentation.
• Train new clients on platform tools and ensure attendance at onboarding programs.
• Monitor client health and quality metrics to meet management expectations.
• Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and deliver great service.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and keep up to date with property laws and market news.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• 1.5–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes.
• Customer‑facing experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, goal‑oriented and ambitious.
• Flexibility to learn new products over time.
