Business Development Manager

About the role

Imperium Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth strategy and expand its presence in the UAE market across architecture, engineering, construction and real estate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's business development and growth strategy.
• Identify and secure new projects, partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead client acquisition, negotiations, and proposal strategies.
• Monitor market trends and identify strategic opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to support project acquisition and company growth.

Required profile

• 12–18+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in Business Development within Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Fit‑out or Real Estate.
• Strong network within the UAE market, especially with developers, consultants and contractors.
• Proven track record in securing projects and generating business growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert opportunities into successful projects.
