Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities for Capital Zone Mortgage Broker, building strong relationships with clients and banking partners while promoting the company’s mortgage services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and understand financial needs.
• Recommend suitable mortgage solutions and collaborate with internal teams for smooth application processing.
• Track sales performance metrics, prepare pipeline and market trend reports.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on mortgage products and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong business development and sales experience, including lead generation and client acquisition.
• Solid knowledge of mortgage products, real estate, banking processes and basic financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in standard office software for tracking activities and reporting.
