Business Development Manager

About the role

Mejoy IT Service LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on acquiring high‑value users and expanding the company’s network across the MENA region within the social entertainment sector. You will work across multiple digital platforms to strengthen user engagement and drive sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire VIP and high‑value users from competitor platforms, online communities, and social media channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential users through WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and other communication platforms.
• Analyze user preferences and spending behavior to improve conversion rates.
• Develop strategies to increase user engagement, retention and long‑term customer value.
• Explore new acquisition channels and business opportunities to expand the user base.
• Support business growth by maintaining strong relationships and identifying emerging market opportunities.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑motivated and opportunity‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness with a solid understanding of customer needs.
• Results‑oriented with confidence in outreach, negotiation and conversion.
• Experience in social entertainment, live streaming, gaming, B2C sales, user acquisition or VIP customer management is an advantage.
